Meet Our Personal Trainers
All our personal trainers are licensed physiotherapists with extensive experience in both clinical practice and strength training.
Lucas Iversen
Whether you’re coming back from an injury, want to get stronger, or simply want to feel good in your body again, Lucas meets you exactly where you are. He doesn’t train for a specific goal himself – just to stay healthy, strong, and active. For Lucas, training is about everyday life: 1–2 full-body strength sessions per week, a few runs along Amager Strand, and being able to keep up with his kids – in both energy and pace.
Lucas often reminds his clients that you don’t need a big goal to get started – the most important thing is simply to show up and stay consistent. A goal can always emerge along the way – and if it doesn’t, that’s perfectly fine too. His approach is calm, supportive, and built on years of experience, helping people create real, lasting progress through structure and sustainable habits.

Kasper Vinther
With over a decade of experience as both a physiotherapist and personal trainer, Kasper brings a calm confidence and sharp eye for detail to every session. He’s coached hundreds of clients and taught personal trainers across Denmark and internationally – yet still approaches every session with curiosity and care.
Kasper is passionate about training science, but never lets complexity get in the way of progress. He keeps things simple, focused, and effective – always ready to fine-tune a movement or adjust a plan when it matters most. His coaching is calm, positive, and rooted in helping clients feel strong and confident in their own bodies. When he’s not coaching, he’s training himself – following our Nordic full-body program while taking on an Ironman or two on the side.

Simon Petersen
Simon is one of the sharpest minds on the floor. He has a rare talent for making complex training concepts feel simple and easy to follow. With a warm and energetic presence, Simon creates a supportive and motivating training environment. He has a natural ability to make people feel seen, encouraged, and in good hands.
Simon uses strength training to stay strong and capable for an active life with family and friends – and that same balance between training and living is something he helps his clients build, too. Whether you're just starting out or ready to take your training to the next level, Simon is the kind of personal trainer who makes you feel like you're exactly where you need to be.

Mathias Busk
Mathias brings calm, clarity, and precision to every session. He has a steady, professional presence that helps clients feel confident and focused — no matter their starting point. With deep technical knowledge and a sharp eye for detail, Mathias ensures every movement has purpose and every session moves you forward making you feel comfortable in the gym.
Mathias is known for his ability to explain training in a way that just makes sense, helping clients understand not just what to do, but why it works. His approach is grounded, realistic, and built around long-term progress. Outside the gym, Mathias lives the same principles he teaches — training consistently to stay strong, capable, and ready for life. If you're looking for a coach who brings calmness and guidance, Mathias is who you want in your corner.

Quick Answers Before You Start
Unsure about price, program, or if we're right for you? Here are the most common questions — and honest answers to all of them.
How do I get started with personal training?
Start by booking a free conversation. We meet (in person or by phone) and talk about your goals, your everyday life, and your background. You get honest answers — and if we're the right fit for you, we'll reserve your fixed training times.
Do I need experience to begin?
No, not at all. Most start as beginners or after a long break. You'll be guided all the way with a program that fits your level — focus is on technique and gradual progress.
How often should I train?
You only need to train 1–2 times a week to see real results. Our programs are made for busy people who want long-term progress — without spending countless hours at the gym.
What results can I expect?
Within 6–12 weeks, most feel stronger, see improved technique, and have more energy in everyday life. We track your results each session, so you can see your progress — without overtraining or having to start over.
How much does personal training cost?
Personal training in Copenhagen typically costs 600–1,500 DKK per session. At Nordic Performance, our programs range from 600–1,000 DKK per session, depending on how often you train and the length of your program. We don't offer single sessions — because structured programs give the best results. Payment can be split into 2 installments.
Is it possible to train in English?
Yes — all communication, coaching, and app content is available in English. We work with many international clients and expats in Copenhagen.
What makes you different from a regular gym?
We're not just a place to train — we're a complete system that ensures progress. You train at fixed times with your personal trainer in private surroundings with no distractions. Every session is tracked, adjusted, and brings you closer to your goals.
