ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Nordic Online is our online training program accessed through our app. Each training cycle consists of three different training days, which should be performed in chronological order. You start with Training 1, followed by Training 2, and finally Training 3, after which a new training cycle begins.
The training cycles are not week-based, which means you can train anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week. The program is perfect for those who don't need a personalized training plan but want to build more muscle mass and strength in a flexible way, deciding how often to train on a weekly basis. The program is also excellent for those aiming to lose fat and improve their fitness.

FAQ
What exercises are included in the program?
The program includes both compound exercises and supporting isolation exercises. Examples of compound exercises are Hack Squat, Dumbbell Chest Press, and Romanian Deadlift, while isolation exercises include Leg Extensions, Lateral Raises, and Biceps Curls.
What if I don’t have the right equipment?
If you’re unable to perform specific exercises in the program, you can quickly and easily find alternative exercises in our exercise library.
Does the program use supersets?
Yes. This program incorporates both supersets and trisets. We frequently use exercise groupings, such as supersets and trisets (2–3 exercises grouped together), to ensure adequate recovery between individual exercises while also reducing the overall training time per session. If you’re unable to perform the exercises as supersets or trisets, the program guide explains how to modify them accordingly.
Are there videos of the exercises?
Yes. Simply click on the exercise in your program, and you’ll be directed to a demonstration video. All videos are filmed by us to ensure you perform the exercises as intended in your training program.
Do you follow this type of training program yourselves?
Yes. Both our own training and the programs we create for our in-person and online clients often follow the same structure and program architecture. However, we individualize the finer details to suit the specific needs of each client.
Will I receive feedback, and can I ask questions?
No. This is not something we offer in our Nordic Online program. If you need ongoing feedback on your training, we recommend exploring our training package plans with personal training.
